For more than 30 years, the founders and executives at VCMG have been delivering high-value offers to consumers through the development and distribution of paper-based and electronic merchant offerings.

Traditionally, the merchant offers were aggregated into coupon books and sold as a fundraiser by schools and not-for-profit organizations around the country. Many premium products were also developed from the merchant content. Several Fortune 500 companies utilized the merchant content for internal loyalty programs or personalized the books as a "thank you" to their most valued customers.

In 2001, the VCMG founders completed their vision by combining their knowledge and experience of delivering merchant offers to consumers and developing industry-leading loyalty rewards software to manage loyalty programs for companies of all size and scale.
